The site features Tweenies, Miffy, Oobi, Play with me Sesame and other toddler friendly characters. It teaches skills like learning numbers and letters, colors, patterns and drawing, counting, songs and rhyming and learning opposites. Plenty of activities to keep them going for ages!!

ABC Kids
The Australian equivalent to Noggin, ABC kids features all the toddler tv characters in their own stories, animations, coloring pages, puzzles and more. My daughter loves Mixy's Find the Broccoli, great for kids who are into puzzles and mazes. Also a great dressing up game that will keep parents laughing too as you see what crazy outfits your kids put on Mixy!
