Toddler Games
Online Toddler Games Finding the right online toddler games and websites is just what you need when your toddler takes those first big steps online. More and more games for toddlers are becoming available online but BEWARE, there are plenty of average sites out there so we're only going to bring you the best of the best. Sites that you and your toddler will want to revisit again and again, and again.... Toddlers are on a huge learning curve and have many skills that they can be developing online, even while they are having fun! Online toddler games generally involve- Hand-eye co-ordination- using the mouse to catch moving objects Problem solving- puzzles, matching pairs, learning about opposites Recognition- colors, shapes, sounds, animals Social/interactive fun- singing, rhyming, ABC's, stories Online Toddler Games will be helping your child to develop keyboard skills as well as the ability to use the mouse effectively, but be patient, if it is your child's first attempt at using a computer they will need some time. A mouse is a tricky new tool to learn to use, especially if it has multiple buttons. But look out, once they have the hang of it there will be no stopping them! Use the time your Toddler spends on the computer as a fun and interactive play time that you spend together. Your toddler will love hearing your praise and excitement as they show off their computer skills. They will need your help to select appropriate games, restart game and explain how to play. It is opportunity to relax and spend enjoyable time together away from the frenetic pace that generally exists with a toddler in the house. Up To Ten One of the biggest and the best Game Sites for kids and it even has an area for parents! Boowa & Kwala are the lovable characters who will be taking your toddlers through a huge selection of games, activities and silly songs. You have the ability to select the language, four are available apart from English. Try out your kids' favorite songs in French or Spanish, you'll be humming them all day long! Definitely a site to save in the favorites for your toddler. Fisher Price For easy navigation the online toddler games have their own section. There's plenty of coloring, puzzles and matching games, and audio help for colors, shapes and ABC's. A visually appealing site for the littlies but limited in the variety of games. Good site to fill ten minutes but your toddler might want to move onto the preschool games before too long. Toddle Toons Twelve simple games for babies and toddlers which are especially designed for interaction between parents and kids aswell as the learning that occurs through the repetition of playing the games. Includes a special 'Bye Bye' screen to end each session. NOGGIN Created by the people at MTV, Noggin has a great concept with simple Online Games to play while you are waiting for games to load! Absolutley invaluable for parents- because as we all know, toddlers want it NOW! It's only a shame that it is only present on the homepage. The site features Tweenies, Miffy, Oobi, Play with me Sesame and other toddler friendly characters. It teaches skills like learning numbers and letters, colors, patterns and drawing, counting, songs and rhyming and learning opposites. Plenty of activities to keep them going for ages!! ABC Kids The Australian equivalent to Noggin, ABC kids features all the toddler tv characters in their own stories, animations, coloring pages, puzzles and more. My daughter loves Mixy's Find the Broccoli, great for kids who are into puzzles and mazes. Also a great dressing up game that will keep parents laughing too as you see what crazy outfits your kids put on Mixy!

Fashion games are really awesome and if you like to play them then check out Fashion Games. On this site you will find a whole of really cool styles and fashions to dress up the dolls and girls. If you like girl games then I also highly recommend this Girl Game site. You can find tons of girls games on there including dress up games. There are a lot of great games for girls including fashion design games and kids games online, good luck finding your favorite! While kids often like coloring, animals, and dress up games. They may also enjoy some slightly more action packed games. I'm not sure if toddlers would play some free shooting games online and think they are fun, but it's worth a shot. Some of my favorite sites online are for flash shooting games and racing games. Another genre of games I really enjoy is space games. This new site full of space games and shooting games is super fun. Another cool racing game site is Racing Games us. I was suprised that I also liked escape games, which are a lot different than shooting or space games.
