How to Sell at Amazon

  List your items for sale
Search for the item on Amazon.com and click the Sell Yours Here button. Make sure you have the correct product; one title can have several editions or formats.
Listing Your Item
Amazon Marketplace gives you the chance to list items for sale directly on the product detail page where Amazon.com sells the same item new. Listing is free–you only pay a fee if you sell. Here are the participating Amazon.com stores:

Books   Music   Video   DVD Video  Games (Partially Restricted)Electronics Office Products  Tools & Hardware Kitchen & Housewares Outdoor LivingSports & Outdoors  Musical Instruments

To participate, just find the Amazon.com listing for the item you want to sell and click the “Sell yours here” button on the item’s product detail page. You can also use the UPC, ISBN, or ASIN identifier to sell your item.

The sale of some items is restricted to pre-approved sellers only. Learn more about pre-approved selling.

Please note that all Amazon Marketplace sellers must be registered for Amazon Payments. Payments is the only accepted payment method for this

platform. Individual sellers are currently unable to sell in our Computers Store.

  Get orders

Amazon sends you an email notification when an item sells and posts the order in your seller account. In case you don’t get the email (or it is filtered as spam) make sure to check your orders regularly.View & Search Orders On the Seller Account page, you go to the Manage Your Orders section

Click View your recent Marketplace orders.

In the Status column, you can see if your order is Completed.

Only mail the order when the status show payment is completed.  

Access the buyer shipping address and other important order information, by Order ID column, click the order number link.

The Order Details page appears.

You can view the shipping address, shipping speed, SKU, listing ID, and total paid. You can also print a shipping label and packing slip or issue a refund for items in the order.

Ship items to your buyers
Get the shipping information from the the order details in your seller account. Print the shipping label and packing slip and mail your item within 2 days of the sale.
